This Arcoaire product carries a ten (10) year limited warranty on parts, including compressor and coils, to original homeowner if installed in an owner-occupied, single-family residence and properly registered within ninety (90) days after original installation. Otherwise, the parts warranty period is five (5) years from the date of installation. Heat exchangers may carry longer limited warranty coverage that applies to original homeowners with timely registration. (See Warranty Certificate for registration instructions.
